Ingredients
  • 1 box Omaha Steaks Cooked Snow Crab Claws
  • 1 recipe Cilantro Aioli (see below)
Cilantro Aioli:
* Makes about 1 1/4 cups
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced
Preparation
  1. Thaw snow crab claws in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours.
  2. Serve with Cilantro Aioli for dipping. Garnish with fresh lemon or lime.
Cilantro Aioli:
  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
