- 1 box Omaha Steaks Cooked Snow Crab Claws
- 1 recipe Cilantro Aioli (see below)
* Makes about 1 1/4 cups
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced
- Thaw snow crab claws in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours.
- Serve with Cilantro Aioli for dipping. Garnish with fresh lemon or lime.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate before serving.
