- 4 each Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 each Lime -- Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- Preheat Grill
- Place the soy sauce, sherry, mustard, lime juice, thyme, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Brush the pork on both sides with the glaze. Grill over high heat 5-6 minutes. Turn pork chops over, brush again with glaze, and grill 5-6 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF
- Remove from grill and brush once more with un-used glaze. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
