Apricot Glaze for Ham
An uncomplicated glaze that is delicious in its simplicity; use apricot nectar, brown sugar, and ginger to give your ham dinner a burst of sweet and tangy flavor.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup apricot nectar, canned
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
  1. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger in a sauce pan. Stir in apricot nectar.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
