Lemon Peppered Catfish Product Information & Preparation Instructions:

Do not thaw.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lemon Peppered Catfish fillets a or greased raised edge baking sheet. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes.
Microwave: Place 1 1 Lemon Peppered Catfish fillet in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on medium/high for 6-7 minutes. For 2 fillets, cook for approximately 10-12 minutes.
