Always the best steak house quality, always get the best compliments from our friends when we serve the 7oz... not too much beef and not too little... so tender you can cut it with a butter knife. I prefer to grill these using
apple or alder wood chips, smoke the meat until it is tender and medium rare... this is the very best!
