Remove cheesecake from box. For best results, place in refrigerator and thaw overnight.
Cheesecake may be thawed at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours maximum. Slice and Serve.
Cover and refrigerate any unused portions for 5-7 days. To make the New York Cheesecake more festive, top with fresh fruit or fruit sauce.
