Halibut Fillets

Thaw in Refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Preheat the broiler or grill. Brush halibut fillets with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired.
Broil or grill fillets 5-6 minutes on each side, until opaque throughout.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush halibut fillets lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Place fillets on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until opaque throughout.
Stove-Top: Preheat 1 tsp of olive oil per halibut portion in a sauté pan over medium heat. Season fillets as desired.
Place fillets in pan and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes.

Pan Sauté: Preheat 1 tsp of olive oil per salmon portion in a sauté pan over medium heat. Season as desired. Place fillets in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.

Mahi Mahi Steaks

Thaw in refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Broil or grill Mahi Mahi steaks approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Thicker portions may take slightly longer. They are done when the steaks are opaque throughout. Baste with butter when cooking, if desired. As with any fish, for a flaky, moist entree, avoid overcooking. Use a mixture of 1 Tbsp. of butter and 1 tsp. lemon juice to accompany your steaks.
Microwave: Arrange two Mahi Mahi steaks in a baking dish. Brush steaks with butter and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with butter; cover. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.

Broil or Grill: Broil or grill Swordfish steaks. They are done when the steak is opaque throughout. For a moist entree, avoid overcooking.
Microwave: Arrange two Swordfish steaks in a baking dish. Brush steaks with a mixture of 1 Tbsp. of butter and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on medium power for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks over. Brush with butter; cover. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
