Made with lean pork, they have a traditional mild flavor that's delicious in casseroles or by themselves. They're fully cooked so all you do is heat and serve. Do Not Thaw:
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove pork sausages from package. Separate sausage and place desired number on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Microwave:* Place 2 pork sausages in a microwave safe dish, cover dish with a paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 1½ to 1¾ minutes. Rest for 1-2 minutes before serving. For 5 sausages, microwave on HIGH for 3½ to 4 minutes. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwave. If not using a turntable rotate once during cooking.
