 Burger Cooking Tips
• Thawing Omaha Steaks Burgers: Thaw frozen burger patties overnight in the refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method by placing the vacuum packaged burgers in cold water for 30-45 minutes.
• Cook burgers using one of the following methods: grilling, broiling, contact grilling or pan-fry.
• Season burgers with Omaha Steaks All-Natural Seasoning or salt and pepper
• Grill on first side until juices rise to top of burger and edges start to look cooked. (About 5-6 minutes for a 5oz Omaha Steaks Burger)
• Flip over and grill until juices run clear out the top of the burger (About 5-6 minutes for a 5oz Omaha Steaks Burger)
• Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 160°F; the center may still be slightly pink but the juices will run clear.
• Avoid patting down burgers with spatula, this will push juices out of burgers causing flame ups. Keep a spray bottle of water handy to put out any flame ups.
• If serving with cheese, melt cheese on burger for 1-2 minutes before removing burgers from the grill.
• To toast hamburger buns, either place face down on the grill or face up in the broiler or toaster oven for approximately one minute.
• Other hamburger "bun" options: 2 lettuce leaves, sliced French bread, tortillas or pita bread.

Omaha Steaks All American Burger
• 1 4oz or 5oz Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks All Natural Steak Seasoning
• 1 Tbsp Omaha Steaks Chipotle BBQ Ketchup & Grilling Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Omaha Steaks Smoky Mustard
• 2 Tbsps Sweet & Tangy Vegetable Relish
• 1 leaf Lettuce
• 2 slices Beef Steak Tomatoes
• 1 slice Red Onion
• Omaha Steaks Onion Poppy Seed Bun
Procedure:
1. Season Omaha Steaks burger with All Natural Steak Seasoning.
2. Grill, broil or pan-fry burger until juices run clear; do not overcook.
3. Slice Onion Poppy Seed Bun in half and toast on grill or broiler.
4. Spread Chipotle BBQ Ketchup & Grilling Sauce and Smoky Mustard on toasted bun.
5. Place burger on bun, top with Sweet & Tangy Vegetable Relish, lettuce, tomatoes and red onion.


Grilled French Dip Burger with Brie Cheese
• 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
• 1 each French bread Baguette
• 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 oz Brie Cheese
• 2 oz Sautéed Onions
• 4oz Beef Au Jus (Beef bouillon and water.)
Procedure:
1. Trim the top and bottom off a French Bread Baguette and cut the bread so it is about 5 inches long.
2. Slice the bread in half so you have two five inch long slices.
3. Inside the bread put 2oz of sliced Brie Cheese.
4. Spread Mayonnaise on the outside of the baguette.
5. Place on a George Forman grill or in a pan and grill the outside of the bread.
6. Season and cook the burger to your desired doneness and heat the Sautéed Onions.
7. Place the burger and the onions inside the grilled bread.
8. Cut in half and serve with the Beef Au Jus for dipping.


Hail Caesar Burger
• 1 each Ciabatta Sandwich size bun
• 2 oz Caesar Dressing
• 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
• ½ oz Parmesan Cheese
• 1 oz Romaine Hearts
• 1 oz Caesar Dressing
• To taste Ground Black Pepper
• Optional Anchovy Fillets
• 2 each Sliced Tomatoes
Procedure:
1. Cut the bun in half and toast the bun.
2. Cook the burger to your desired doneness and melt ½ oz of Parmesan cheese on the burger.
3. Spread the Caesar dressing on both sides of the bun.
4. In a mixing bowl toss the Romaine hearts with the remaining 1oz of Caesar dressing.
5. Place the burger on the bun then top with the tossed Caesar salad.
6. Top with Tomato slices and Anchovies if desired.
7. Ground fresh black pepper on top to taste.


Teriyaki and Grilled Pineapple Burger
• 1 each Kaiser Roll
• 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
• 1 each Dole Hawaiian Pineapple Ring
• 3 oz OS Pineapple Teriyaki Grilling Sauce
• 1 oz Mayonnaise
• 1 each Green Leaf
• 1 each Sliced Tomato
• 1 each Sliced Red Onion
Procedure:
1. Toast the Kaiser roll and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
2. Season and cook burger to desired doneness brush with OS Pineapple Teriyaki Grilling Sauce while grilling.
3. Grill a pineapple ring and also brush with the OS Pineapple Teriyaki Grilling Sauce while grilling.
4. Place the burger on the toasted bun then top the burger with the grilled pineapple ring.
5. Ladle some extra OS Pineapple Teriyaki Grilling Sauce on top for good measure.
6. Add the Green Leaf, Sliced Tomato, and Red Onion then serve.


Classic Patty Melt
• 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 slices Rye Bread
• 1 oz Sliced Swiss Cheese
• 2 oz Sautéed Onions
• 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
Procedure:
1. Spread ½ Tbsp of Mayonnaise on each slice of Rye Bread.
2. Grill the bread with Mayonnaise side down in pan or George Forman grill.
3. Melt the sliced Swiss cheese on the bread,
4. Cook and season the Omaha Steaks Burger.
5. Heat the Sautéed Onions.
6. Put the burger and the onions between the melted cheese.
7. Cut in half and serve.


Texas Barbeque Bacon Burger
• 1 each Kaiser Roll
• 1 each Omaha Steaks 4oz Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
• 2 oz Sautéed Onions
• 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
• 3 slices Omaha Steaks Bacon
• 2 oz Omaha Steaks Barbeque Sauce
Procedure:
1. Toast the Kaiser Roll.
2. Cook and season the Omaha Steaks burger to your desired doneness.
3. Melt the Cheddar Cheese on the burger.
4. Heat the Omaha Steaks Bacon and place on the cheese.
5. Heat the Sautéed Onions and place on the bacon.
6. Top all with the Omaha Steaks Barbeque Sauce and serve.


BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado) Burger
• 1 each Kaiser Roll
• 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
• 2 slices Omaha Steaks Bacon
• 1 leaf Green Leaf Lettuce
• 2 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes
• ¼ each Avocado Sliced
Procedure:
1. Toast the Kaiser Roll.
2. Cook and season the Omaha Steaks burger to your desired doneness.
3. Spread both sides of the bun with Mayonnaise then place the burger on the bun.
4. Heat the Omaha Steaks Bacon and place on the burger.
5. Top with a Green Leaf lettuce leaf, sliced Tomatoes, and sliced Avocado.


Mushroom Swiss Burger
• 1 each Kaiser Roll
• 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 each Omaha Steaks 4oz Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
• 1 slice Swiss cheese
• 2 oz Sautéed Mushrooms
Procedure:
1. Toast the Kaiser Roll.
2. Cook and season the Omaha Steaks burger to your desired doneness.
3. Melt the Swiss cheese on top.
4. Heat the Sautéed Mushrooms.
5. Spread mayonnaise on the Kaiser roll.
6. Place the burger on the roll.
7. Top with the Sautéed Mushrooms.


Omaha Steaks Shanghai Burger
• 1 4oz or 5oz Omaha Steaks Burger
• 1 jar Napa Valley Shanghai Marinade
• 1 Tbsp Omaha Steaks Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce
• 1 Lettuce Leaf (or Omaha Steaks Onion Poppy Seed Bun)
• 2-3 Shiitake Mushrooms, grilled
• 1 each Pineapple Slice, grilled
• 1 Tbsp Curry Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
• 1 Tbsp Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
• 1 Tbsp Green Onions, chopped
• 1 Tbsp Peanuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Curry
• 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
• 1 tsp Sugar
Procedure:
1. Cover Omaha Steaks burger with Shanghai Marinade and marinate for 1-3 hours.
2. Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms; place in separate bowl, cover with Shanghai Marinade and marinate for 1-3 hours.
3. Prepare Curry Mayonnaise by mixing together mayonnaise, curry, ginger and sugar.
4. Preheat grill.
5. Grill marinated burgers until juices run clear; do not over-cook.
6. Grill shiitake mushrooms and pineapple slice.
7. Remove burger, mushrooms & pineapple from grill.
8. Brush burger and pineapple with Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce.
9. Place lettuce leaf on plate. Place Curry Mayonnaise on lettuce leaf.
10. Top with burger, shiitake mushrooms and pineapple slice.
11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, red peppers, green onions and nuts.
12. If using the Onion Poppy Seed Bun, slice in half and toast on grill or broiler.
13. Spread Curry Mayonnaise on one side of bun and Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce on the other.


Southwest Chipotle Cheeseburger
• 1 each Kaiser Roll
• 2 Tbsp Chipotle Mayonnaise
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Chipotle Purée
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
• 1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
• Sprinkle Omaha Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
• 1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
• 2 oz Pico De Gallo (recipe below)
• 2 oz Guacamole (recipe below)

Procedure:
1. Prepare the Chipotle Mayonnaise, Pico De Gallo and the Guacamole.
2. Toast the Kaiser Roll.
3. Cook and season the Omaha Steaks burger to your desired doneness.
4. Melt the Pepper Jack Cheese on top.
5. Generously spread the Chipotle Mayonnaise on the bun.
6. Place the burger with the melted cheese on the bun.
7. Top the burger with the Guacamole and the Pico De Gallo.

Pico De Gallo
Makes about 3 cups

• 2 Cups Small Roma Tomatoes (diced into ¼" pieces)
• ½ Cup White Onion (¼" Dice)
• 3 Tbsp Cilantro (Chopped very fine)
• 1 Tbsp Jalapenos (Minced very fine with the seeds)
• 1 Tbsp Lime Juice (Fresh Squeezed)
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Guacamole
Makes about 2 cups

• 3 each Avocadoes (medium Haas)
• 1 Tbsp Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
• ½ Cup Pico De Gallo
• 1 ½ tsp Garlic (Freshly minced)
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Jalapenos (Fresh Minced)
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt

1. Cut the Avocadoes in half and remove the pit.
2. Score the Avocadoes without cutting through the skin.
3. Scoop Avocado from the skin and place in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and fold using a rubber spatula.
5. Do not over mix or over mash the Avocado.
6. If you are not going to serve the Guacamole immediately then place plastic wrap on top and push it into the bowl so that it actually touches the Guacamole. Then put another piece of plastic on top of the bowl to seal out the air. Store in the refrigerator.
