The Private Reserve Filet Mignons we have just recently received are
absolutely wonderful. They are everything Omaha Steaks say they are. We
grilled them on our gas grill, using the minutes on each side according to
the cooking guide that came with our first order. They turned out just the
way we like them. We have sent steaks to our son in Virginia, and he

Its unbelieveable how tender these steaks are. Most of the time when I am grilling them I will eat part of one before I take it off the grill. The
