Omaha Steaks is proud to present the Armed Forces Foundation, with a check for over $60,000 in honor of Veterans Day. During the month of October, the company sold specially created "Salute a Solider" packages with the express purpose of donating a percentage of all the sales to the Armed Forces Foundation, a national organization that is dedicated to providing comfort and support to members of the military and their families.

Omaha Steaks "Salute a Soldier" packages included a variety of gourmet foods from premium beef to rich desserts at varying price points. Customers who purchased a Salute a Soldier package showed their support and as a thank you received free standard shipping and a $20 Reward card from Omaha Steaks for use on a future purchase.
