Do Not Thaw
Preheat oven to 425° degrees. Place cod portions in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for 15 to 17 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time for crisper fillets. Fish is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
