Butterflied Trout Fillets Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.
Broil: Place frozen trout fillets on a broiler pan, skin side down. Brush lightly with melted butter. Broil for 9-10 minutes until fillets flake easily with a fork. Season as desired.Microwave:Place two trout fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Defrost for 3 minutes. Cook on high for 2½ -3 minutes. Season as desired.
