Preheat oven to 400°F°. Remove frozen tilapia from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Place frozen tilapia, with packaging intact, on a microwave safe dish. DEFROST for 7-8 minutes, flip halfway through cooking. Remove tilapia from packaging and place on a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap; venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Tilapia should be white on the outside and opaque on the inside.
Thaw in refrigerator.

The lemon peppered Tilapia was very good. I loved the simplicity of fixing Omaha's fish. It is so easy. You put it in the oven frozen (or grilled) and you don't have to handle fresh fish. In less than 25 minutes you have fish
and it doesn't smell like raw fish in your kitchen. Alert-the pepper could
be a little much, if you have a sensitive palate. It is just right for me
but a caution to those that can't tolerate pepper very well.
