Salmon Mignons Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
FROM FROZENBAKE: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove salmon from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
GRILL: Preheat grill on high. Reduce heat to medium then remove salmon from packaging and grill fillets, covered, 6-7 minutes per side.
MICROWAVE: Remove 2 pieces of salmon from packaging and place on a microwave safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Heat on high for 5-6 minutes turning over once half way through cooking. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before uncovering and serving.
FROM THAWED Thaw in refrigerator.
