Fire-Roasted Salmon Fillets Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
(Do not thaw):Microwave: Place frozen fillet on a microwave safe plate, glaze side up, cover with plastic wrap venting one corner. Microwave on high for 3½ to 4 minutes. Let rest 1 minute before carefully removing plastic and serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets glaze side up on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake for 21-24 minutes.
