Wild Salmon Cakes Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
FROM FROZEN (Do not thaw):Stove Top: Heat small amount of oil in a sauté; pan over medium heat. Carefully remove salmon cakes from packaging and place in the pan. Sauté; for approximately 10-11 minutes covered, turning over every 2-3 minutes.
Broil: Preheat the broiler and position top rack so that salmon cakes will end up 2-3" from element. Place salmon cakes on a lightly oiled foil lined baking sheet. Broil salmon cakes for 15 minutes.
FROM THAWED (Thaw in refrigerator):
Stove Top: Heat small amount of oil in a sauté; pan over high heat. Carefully remove salmon cakes from packaging and place in the pan. Sauté; for approximately 2½ - 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Broil: Preheat the broiler and position top rack so that salmon cakes will end up 2-3" from element. Place salmon cakes on a lightly oiled foil lined baking sheet. Broil salmon cakes for 10 minutes.
