I always like serving this combo for the holidays and decided to try Omaha
for the first time this year. The smoked turkey was as good as I've had.
The ham was even better. Many times smoked hams can be very salty (many
times too salty) and it obscures the smoky taste (which I always felt should
be the more dominant flavor). This was NOT the case with Omaha's offering.
It had a very nice balance of smokyness to salty flavor and many of my guests commented on how good it was. I would definitely purchase both products
again.
