Warm Water Lobster Tails  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:

Stove-Top: From frozen; bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in large saucepan. Remove plastic wrap from frozen lobster tails and place in boiling water. Return to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook tails for 12-15 minutes until meat is opaque in color.
Broil or Grill: Thaw lobster tails in refrigerator. Preheat broiler, position top rack 3-4 inches from heat source or preheat grill to medium. Butterfly tails by cutting down through middle of hard shell with a sharp knife. Cut through flesh but not underside membrane. Hold tail in both hands and open flat. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil. For broiling, place lobster tails on broiler pan shell side down. Broil for 6-7 minutes. For grilling, place flesh side down on grill and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping when necessary if flare up occurs.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:

Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrapping foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35 to 45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 21/2 to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes.

Do not thaw
Microwave (1100-WATT): :: Cut small slit in the center of film on mixed vegetable tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350°F. Place mixed vegetable tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve
