Do not thaw
Microwave (1100-WATT): Place in microwave safe covered casserole dish. Add 2 tbsp. water. Microwave on HIGH 8-10 minutes for one half of package, 10-12 minutes, stirring vegetables after 4-5 minutes. Remove from microwave; serve.
Stove-top: Place frozen vegetables in approximately 1/4 cup boiling water. Allow water to return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, stirring occasionally for even heating. Heat until vegetables reach desired tenderness. Season to taste.

Very fresh vegetables and are good cooked with the pot roast. I liked the little onions, but I believe they would be better if green and red bell- peppers were added.
I like these veg. much better when they are cooked in a wok and a sauce. It gives them a better flavor.
