Thaw in refrigerator.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Remove roast from package and place in roasting pan. Roast uncovered for approximately 1 to 1 ¼hours for medium rare. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Remove netting before carving. Most roasts will be medium to medium-well doneness. If you prefer a less done roast, use a meat thermometer.
