I adore trout, and this dish is delightful. If you like a good, tender, flaky fish with lots of flavor, cooked to add even more flavor, order this. Also very easy to prepare and serve. Even the skin is delicious (when I can manage to keep some for myself, as my cats love it). I've eaten quite a few of these filets, and never a hint of a bone or anything unpleasant. Wonderful!

We've always loved Trout but cooking in the house really creates that "fish is cooking smell". Omaha's version eliminates this and the extra steps of breading, etc., and it's delicious.

Great flavor and can be fixed very quick and easy.
