Thaw in Refrigerator.
Oven: Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Grill: Remove fillets from plastic wrap. Grill salmon fillets over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Microwave: Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap. Place fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking.
