Marinated Flank Steaks Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator.
Grill or Broil:
Preheat grill on high or broiler and position top rack 3-4 inches from broiler element. Remove steaks from packaging and blot dry with a clean paper towel. Grill or broil 4 minutes on first side and 2-3 minutes on second side for medium rare; 6 minutes on first side and 4-5 minutes on second side for medium well. Remove from grill or broiler and allow to rest 3-5 minutes. To serve, slice steak thinly against the grain.
