Liver and Onions Pan Sauté: Partially thaw calf liver. Preheat 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté 3 medium sized white onions that have been sliced into rings for approximately 8-10 minutes. Remove onions to warm platter and cover. Add 2 Tbsp. of oil and heat. Sauté 4 liver slices approximately 1 minute per side. Liver will be cooked to medium doneness with a slightly pink center.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Place calf liver slices on broiler pan and broil 3 minutes per side.
Grill: Preheat grill. Preheat grill. Grill liver slices for 3 minutes on each side.
