Do not thaw.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove frozen short ribs and juices from package and place in a foil lined roasting pan. Heat for 20 minutes in oven. To serve, pour juices over short ribs.
Remove frozen short ribs and juices from package and place in a covered microwave safe dish venting one corner. For 1 Rib, heat on high for 2 minutes 45 seconds. Let rest 1 minute. For 2 Ribs, heat on high for 4 minutes. Let rest 1 minute. To serve, pour juices over short ribs.
Do Not Remove Packaging:
Bring enough water to a boil in a pot to submerge short rib packages. Place frozen short rib packages in boiling water. Let simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove packages with tongs and carefully cut open with scissors. To serve, pour juices over short ribs.
