Boneless Heart of Prime Rib Roast

Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator.Oven: Preheat oven to 450°. If desired, brush entire rib roast with olive oil prior to seasoning. Rub the roast with salt and pepper; Omaha Steaks Seasoning; or the seasoning of your choice. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F° and continue roasting for 75-90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F°. Remove Prime Rib Roast from oven and place on a heated serving platter. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving. Final internal temperature will be approximately 135°F°, which is medium rare.

Potatoes au Gratin

Preparation Instructions:
Do Not Thaw Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place desired number of servings on a foil lined or nonstick baking sheet allowing approximately 2 inches between pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Microwave: Place 1-2 portions on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for approximately 1-3 minutes.

Do Not ThawMicrowave* Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Oven Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
