Bull Wings Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator.
Pan Saute:Preheat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Remove thawed Bull Wings from packaging and carefully place in hot skillet. Quickly sear for 4-6 minutes until well browned or slightly blackened, turning once in skillet.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove thawed Bull Wings from packaging and place on broiler pan. Broil to 2-3 minutes on each side.
Grill: Preheat grill to high. Remove thawed Bull Wings from packaging. For best results place on skewers. Grill to 2-3 minutes on each side.
