Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer.Do not thaw. Remove chicken from packaging.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Place desired number of portions on a lightly oiled or stick resistant baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 36-40 minutes.
