Salsa Chicken Pot Pie
From a treasured gourmet Mexican recipe comes a surprisingly delicious treat - pot pies with a golden brown, buttery crust (a sprinkling of chili powder on top), filled with tender chicken breast, white cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, salsa, red and green peppers, and spices. An easy fiesta - from your freezer to the oven, or microwave - pronto!

Do Not Thaw!
Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove film from pie and place pie in plastic cup, on a foil lined baking sheet, allowing 4-5 inches between each pie. Bake, uncovered, on center rack for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove pie from cup.
Microwave: Remove film from pie and place pie in plastic cup on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 3 ½ minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove pie from cup.
