Do Not Thaw!
Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic packaging, leaving netting in place. Brush or spray roulade with vegetable oil. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand for 20 minutes. Remove netting and slice into ½ inch slices. Serves 8-10.
