Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Place Italian Meatballs 1 inch apart on a foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, sandwich or in marinara sauce.
Microwave: Remove Italian Meatballs from packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic, venting one corner. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, sandwich or in marinara sauce. [NOTE: To prepare ½ the bag or less of Italian Meatballs, microwave for 3-4 minutes].

Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove Sole Almondine from packaging and place desired number of portions in a pan with the almond side up. Bake uncovered for approximately 25 minutes or until center of fillet flakes easily.

From Frozen:
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°.Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve
Microwave: Remove tray from box and cut small slit in center of film. Place frozen tray in microwave and cook on medium high for 9-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from microwave with oven mitts and let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove film, slice and serve.
From Thawed. Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°.Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet in the center of oven. Bake 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, slice and serve.
Microwave: Remove tray from box and cut small slit in center of film. Place thawed lasagna in microwave. Heat on high for 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove film, slice and serve.

Fully Cooked Pot Roast  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:

FROM THAWED: Thaw in refrigerator.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove thawed roast and juice from package and place in covered pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
FROM FROZEN:
Microwave: Place frozen roast and packaging upside down in microwave safe dish. Microwave on DEFROST for 30 minutes, turning over half way through cooking. Cut 2 small slits in packaging, microwave on high for 15-17 minutes. Remove from packaging. Slice and serve with au jus.

Microwave (1100 Watt): Cut slit in center of film covering tray. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave an additional 1-2 minutes on high uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir well. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.

BBQ Pulled Pork  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:

Stove Top (From Thawed): Remove thawed pulled pork from packaging and place in saucepan. Heat over medium heat while stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes.
Microwave (From Frozen): (1100 watt with turntable): Place covered tray of pulled pork in microwave and heat on HIGH for 6-8 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully peel back film. Stir well and serve.
