Lamb Loin Chops Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw chops. If you wish, marinate in the refrigerator for about 12 hours in pineapple juice.Grill or Broil: When charcoal broiling or oven broiling your chops, it's best to begin grilling or broiling lamb chops them about 4" from the source of heat, moving rack closer to heat later. Broil approximately 6-8 minutes for rare and 10-12 minutes for medium-rare turning once during that time. Use a meat thermometer. Rare chops will register 120° to 130°; medium-rare 130° to 140°. Prepare one or two chops per serving.County of Origin: USA
