Best thing ever!

These are my favorites! You can put that steak knife away, because all you need is a butter knife and a fork. Or you could use 2 forks, they are that tender! I bought these for a small dinner party, and even though our "chef" was not exactly "sous", (we all got well done, whether we wanted it or not) they were still delicious as always! This was the first time I ordered the seasoned butter sauce and it was pure heaven. I will be sure to get some with my next order.

These are consistently a very beautiful filet; always tender and juicy. The bacon is just an awesome bacon bonus. Do be sure to grill them properly on a gas or charcoal grill or open flame, as a broiler (or *gasp* frying pan) does NOT do them justice.
