Making cookies is a pain-in-the-neck when you're 90 yrs.of age - so I order these wonderful ones for me & my adult unmarried daughter. Her favorite nut s are -believe it or not -Macadamias! There is nothing easier than preheating the oven to the proper temp then sliding in these mouthwatering delights to drool over later. Even my 8 yr old four-legged daughter, Annabelle, a 93 lb.Golden Retriever, waits patiently as the magic aroma fills the kitchen. I dont give her chocolate, but Omaha makes dog cookies which she thinks were made just for her. She tells me they are the best & wont even let me taste one!

Hubby and I enjoyed these for a month of desserts. We normally make our own cookies with dark chocolate, but with summer swelter in the kitchen and dinner near midnight in our 24/7 economy, these easy-peasy numbers bake quickly in the oven with the rest of your meal. Recommend using the flexible cookie sheets on top of your old pan for even browning.
