I used to eat grain fed aged stakes as a matter of routine when I was an adolescent in Omaha. I never order steaks at the typical steak houses because they don't have the grain fed, aged quality. I manage to keep a supply of Omaha Steaks filet mignons on hand. I eat them very rare, over charcoal, with some butter on them. No steak sauce or other seasoning. Quality has been consistently very good over the years.
