I must admit that my husband and I were a little skeptical about trying these ravioli. We are both lobster lovers and were hoping that they were not just lobster flavored. They were quite the opposite, the ravioli are literaly stuffed with chunks of lobster and the sauce is wonderful. It is a very elegant dish.
I am serving them as an appitizer at my Christmas dinner along with the delicious pot roast .
