From Frozen:
Do not thaw.
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes and 45 seconds to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from microwave with oven mitts and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove film, slice and serve.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
