This mini-roast needs to be broiled or grilled. Please thaw before cooking. For medium rare, it will take approximately 8-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. Use medium heat when grilling. You should turn the London Broil more often than you would a steak. Each London Broil will serve two people. It should be cut in very thin slices against the grain. Sauteed leeks and mushrooms make a wonderful accompaniment. Traditionally London Broil is flank steak. However, Omaha Steaks London Broil is cut from the Top Sirloin, which makes this cut juicy and flavorful.
