My favorite. Great on the contact grill. Wonderful as a quick pot-roast for
1: just thaw in fridge, brown on both sides, simmer while preparing potato, onion. celery, and carrot, salt and pepper to taste, cook vege'es to desired doneness. I'm done in 30 minutes.
