Wild White Shrimp  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
From Frozen
Pan-Fry: Preheat small amount of oil in a non stick skillet over high heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging, season as desired and carefully place in hot skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is opaque throughout.
Grill: Preheat grill with grilling pan to high. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and brush with a small amount of cooking oil. Season as desired. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is opaque throughout.
Broiler: Preheat oven broiler on high and position top rack 3-4 inches from broiler element. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and brush with a small amount of cooking oil. Season as desired. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is opaque throughout.

Classic Salmon Fillets  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator.
Oven: Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Grill: Remove fillets from plastic wrap. Grill salmon fillets over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Microwave: Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap. Place fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking.

Smashed Red Potatoes  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Place tray of potatoes with cello wrap intact in microwave. For one tray, cook on high for 2 ½ minutes. For 2 trays, cook on high for 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 1 minute, carefully remove cello wrap and serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove cello wrap from tray and place potatoes in trays on a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Sweet Corn Medley  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw
Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
