Thaw roast thoroughly in refrigerator.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. (The high heat is needed to develop a brown exterior). Season thawed roast with cracked pepper and salt or Omaha Steaks Seasoning (#1141). Place roast on broiling pan or in a roasting pan, roast uncovered in oven for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reached 130 degrees for medium rare. Remove from oven. Let roast rest for 5-10 minutes for internal temperature to rise. For broiling the 10 oz, allow 7-9 minutes per side. Serves 2. Grilling: Preheat grill (high heat for gas grill; prepare briquettes for charcoal grill). Season thawed roast with cracked pepper and salt or Omaha Steaks Seasoning (#1141). Place roast on grill and sear on high for 6 minutes, turn roast every 4 to 6 minutes until all sides are seared. Reduce grill heat to medium, continue grilling for a total of 14-16 minutes or until desired degree of doneness is reached.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes Product Information & Preparation Instructions:

Do not thaw.
Microwave (1100-WATT):*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
*Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven.

Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
