Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer.
Bake:Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip over steaks and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Do not thaw.Stove-Top: Briefly run sauce cup under water to loosen packaging. Remove lid and film covering cup. Turn cup upside down and apply pressure to center of cup with thumbs while holding edges to remove sauce from cup. Place in saucepan over medium heat. Bring sauce to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve.
Microwave (1100-watt): Briefly run sauce cup under water to loosen packaging. Remove lid and film covering cup. Microwave on high for 3 minutes for 1 sauce cup and 4 minutes for 2 sauce cups.
