Boneless Pork Chops Product Information &  Preparation Instructions:

Thaw in refrigerator.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired and cook over medium heat for approximately 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reached 160°F.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan 3-4 inches from heat source. Broil 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Contact Grill: Preheat contact grill. Season thawed pork chops. Grill 4-5 minutes for a 4 oz. chop; 5-6 minutes for a 5 oz. chop; 6-7 minutes for a 6 oz. chop.

Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crabmeat Product Information &  Preparation Instructions:

Do not thaw.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add approximately 2 TBSP. of water in bottom of Pan to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove plastic and place two frozen portions in an appropriate dish. Add 2 TBSP of water to dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 5 ½ minutes.

Gourmet Jumbo Franks Product Information &  Preparation Instructions:

Boil: From frozen or thawed. Boil franks for 8 to 10 minutes.
Grill: Grill franks over medium heat approximately 8 to 10 minutes from thawed and approximately 15 minutes from frozen.
Microwave: Place frank on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a paper towel. Cook on high. One frozen frank will heat in 1 ½ -2 mintues. One thawed frank will heat in 1 minute.

Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 ° F as measured by use of a thermometer.
Thaw in refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165°F.
Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 minutes total on preheated contact grill.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165°F.
Pan Sauté: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Internal temperature should reach 165°F. Season as desired.

Grill or Broil: Thaw burgers. Grill or broil for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reads 160°F. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
Contact Grill: Grill for a total of 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F. It's easiest to remove burgers from the wrap while still frozen! Pan Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, pan frying for 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes Product Information &  Preparation Instructions:

Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrapping foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35 to 45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 21/2 to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes.
