FROM FROZEN (Do not thaw).
Place covered tray in microwave and heat on high for 4 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes then carefully pull back film and stir well with a fork shredding up any larger pieces. Replace plastic and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well and serve.
FROM THAWED (Thaw in refrigerator):
Place covered tray in microwave and heat on high for 4-5 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes then carefully pull back film and stir well before serving.
Remove thawed tray of chicken from packaging and place in saucepan. Heat over medium heat while stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes.
