Do Not Thaw!
Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove film from tray and place on baking sheet. Place on the center oven rack. Bake scallops for 18-22 minutes.
Stove top: Thaw scallops in refrigerator overnight or by placing sealed tray in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Place 1 tbsp of oil in sauté pan. Preheat pan on medium heat. Add scallops to pan, cook for 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip scallops over, cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Serve.
