INGREDIENTS: Cured with Water, Salt, Sodium Nitrate, with not more than 2% Propylene Glycol added to prevent caking, FD&C Red #40. Corned Beef Seasoning: Composed of Salt, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice Extractives, and not more than 2% Tetrasodium Phosphate added to prevent caking.
