Q How can I enter a delayed delivery date?
A The delay delivery date option can be found on the "Payment & Summary Screen". This screen will allow you to enter your payment information, edit the shipping addresses and select different shipping options to meet your specified delivery date.
Q How can I view my order online?
A To view your order online, click on the "order status" at the top of the Omaha Steaks main webpage. Enter your confirmation number and click on "Find." Your order information will appear on the screen.
Q I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. How can I place an order?
A The omahasteaks.com website uses the latest in security technology to insure your sensitive information is protected. However, you may also place an order toll-free at 1-800-960-8400.
Q I just placed my order online. How will I know the order was received?
A You will receive an email confirmation as well as a ship notification for each order placed online. The email confirmation should arrive within 24 hours. This confirms receipt of your order and provides you with your order confirmation number. The ship notification is sent to you the moment your product is shipped and will provide you with your package tracking number.
Q Where can I purchase or use an Omaha Steaks Gift Card?

Q How can I redeem my Omaha Steaks Gift Card or Certificate?
A Omaha Steaks Gift Cards and Certificates can be redeemed by phone, mail, fax, or at any Omaha Steaks retail location.

Q Will sales tax be added to my order?
A Omahasteaks.com, Inc. is required to collect sales tax in many different states. The collection of sales tax is based on where an order is being shipped, whether Omahasteaks.com, Inc. is required to collect sales tax in that particular state and the products being purchased (food, wine, greeting card, shipping, etc.). Omahasteaks.com, Inc. collects all local and state sales tax when applicable.
Q Why can't I track the information on the gift package coming to my home?
A At this time, your gift order cannot be viewed online. If you have any further questions regarding your gift package, please contact one of our representatives at 1-800-228-9872. They would be happy to assist you.
Q How do I use my coupon mailer online?
A To place an order from one of our direct mail offers, please go to our home page and click the link at the top of the navigation bar titled "order from mailing". Next, enter the selection number including the letters listed in the mailing. This will automatically generate the sale price of the item.

Q How are Omaha Steaks products shipped?
A With our "Mini Deep Freeze" packaging your Omaha Steaks order will arrive frozen and in perfect condition. We use plenty of dry ice and a polystyrene insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will withstand any kind of weather.
Q What shipping options do I have?
A Our standard shipping method will get your package delivered within 7-10 business days or less from the day we receive your order. We currently use UPS for delivery. You don't have to be home to receive your package as UPS is asked to leave your package at your front door. Need it sooner? We also offer Express and Overnight delivery options. Please see our Shipping Information page for complete details. If you have additional questions about shipping, please call Customer Service at 1-800-228-9872 or, send an email to custserv@omahasteaks.com.
Q Why did I only get one ship notification when I placed multiple orders?
A You will receive one ship notification for the first package in your shipment. This notification will include a link that allows you to monitor the status of your other shipments.
Q What should I do with my cooler once I receive my order?
A Our rugged, reusable cooler - like aluminum, glass and paper - can be recycled time and time again. Many of our customers enjoy reusing their coolers at picnics, at the beach or for storage. If you can't find a "re-use" for your cooler, please call your local recycling center to see if they will accept it. For more information on your recycling efforts, visit www.omahasteaks.com/recycle.
Q Do you ship internationally?
A We are currently unable to ship internationally. Due to import-export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
